According to Government Decision No. 1465 dated 08.12.2003, the buyer has the right to return or replace the goods within a certain period of time, if not listed in Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 dated 08.12.2003, by writing a statement stating the reason to the director of the company.
